How can I change my tax status?
You will need to complete a new W4. We will be glad to fax you one or you can print on off from the ipaystatements.com website.

How do I change my direct deposit information?
You will need to complete a new direct deposit form. Please call our office and we can fax you one.

What day is payroll processed?
Payroll is processed every other Monday. All time must be submitted to our office no later than 9:00 a.m. sharp on payroll Monday. Any time and/or adjustments received after that deadline will not be processed until the next pay period.

What happens if I forget to clock in or sign in?
You will need to complete an Exception Form with the appropriate signature approving the exception. This form will not be processed without approval signatures. If you need an Exception Form, please call our office at 601-933-5487.
